These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Meliovit, a service operated by DCVTs .r.o., registered seat Panenska 18, 811 03 Bratislava - Stare Mesta, Slovak Republic, Company ID (ICO): 54 840 937.
Meliovit sends one-time verification codes (OTP) by SMS to users of the Meliovit application for two-factor authentication when they sign in. Messages are sent
only to users who have been granted access to the Meliovit application by their clinical trial site and who have actively enabled SMS two-factor authentication inside the application.
SMS two-factor authentication is optional. Users who do not wish to receive SMS messages can use an authenticator application instead. Receiving SMS messages is not a condition of accessing the Meliovit application or of participating in a clinical trial.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program.
Our messages contain only a numeric verification code. They do not contain any medical or health information, any product names, any diagnosis, or any dosage instructions.
One message per sign-in attempt.
Message and data rates may apply. Meliovit does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can also turn SMS twofactor
authentication off at any time in the Meliovit application under Profile - Settings. Opting out does not remove your access to the Meliovit application and does
not affect your participation in your clinical trial. You can continue to sign in using an authenticator application.
